### *Role Overview:*

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected *Fundraising Consultant* to help us secure investments and funding from various sources, including *private equity, venture capital, angel investors, CSR-driven funds, and government schemes such as Startup India, Make in India, TDB (Technology Development Board), and ISRO’s iDEX* programs. This is a *commission-based* engagement, ideal for individuals who are confident in their network and fundraising capabilities within India and abroad.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

#### 1. *Fundraising Strategy Development*

- Design and implement customized fundraising strategies that align with the company's financial goals and growth roadmap.

- Identify ideal funding sources for aerospace innovation in India (including defense offset programs, PSU innovation schemes, etc.).

- Collaborate with leadership to develop business plans, pitch decks, and financial projections tailored to the Indian investor mindset.

#### 2. *Investor Sourcing & Relationship Management*

- Leverage your network to connect with angel investors, VC firms, HNIs, family offices, corporate venture arms, and international funds interested in aerospace or deep-tech sectors.

- Represent the company in investor meetings, conferences (such as Aero India, Defense Expo), startup pitch events, and virtual roadshows.

- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and business reports.

#### 3. *Deal Structuring & Negotiation*

- Coordinate discussions on investment structure, valuation, equity terms, or convertible notes.

- Assist in drafting term sheets and facilitate investor due diligence processes with legal and finance advisors.

- Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and transparency throughout the negotiation process.

#### 4. *Government & Institutional Funding Support*

- Identify and apply for Indian and international grants and schemes (e.g., DST, DRDO grants, iDEX, SIDBI, TDB, AIF, Atal Innovation Mission).

- Support technical and commercial documentation for these applications.

- Liaise with officials from ISRO, MoD, NITI Aayog, and related bodies as required.

#### 5. *Strategic Advisory*

- Advise on corporate structure, compliance with Indian Companies Act, FDI policies, and RBI/FEMA guidelines for international investors.

- Recommend financial strategies to optimize valuation and investor interest.

### *Eligibility & Qualifications:*

- *Educational Background:*

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.

- *Experience:*

- Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, or business development.

- Proven success in raising capital within India (especially from VCs or institutional funds).

- Exposure to aerospace/defense, deep-tech, or manufacturing sectors is a strong advantage.

- *Skills Required:*

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Deep understanding of the Indian funding ecosystem, including government initiatives.

- Financial modeling, investor pitching, and data storytelling.

- Strong professional network with Indian and global investors.

### *Compensation:*

Compensation will be provided as a *pre-agreed percentage of successfully raised funds* (negotiable on case-by-case basis).

### *About Us:*
NeXorbi Aerospace is an emerging Indian aerospace company focused on developing indigenous, innovative, and scalable solutions for defense and commercial aviation. We are seeking a skilled *Freelance CAD Designer* to support our R&D and product development initiatives.
### *Role Overview:*
As a Freelance CAD Designer, you will work closely with our engineering team to develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD models for aerospace components, UAV structures, propulsion systems, and assemblies. Your work will directly support prototype development, testing, and manufacturing.
### *Key Responsibilities:*
- Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings using software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360 .
- Convert conceptual sketches and engineering inputs into production-ready designs
- Apply DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards
- Revise and optimize existing CAD files based on feedback
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accuracy, functionality, and feasibility of designs
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality files within project deadlines .
### *Required Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as a CAD Designer in aerospace or mechanical engineering projects
- Proficiency in at least one industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, Fusion 360)
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes
- Experience in modeling for UAVs, aircraft structures, or propulsion systems is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines
- Good communication and file organization skills
### *Nice to Have:*
- Experience with aerospace standards and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) or simulation tools
- Exposure to 3D printing or CNC integration workflows
